Methodology used in this course

WORKING IN A TEAM-VIDEO

Teamwork has positive things and negatives ones too. Communication is very important in the group, that's why we have all the work in the cloud, so that we can all see and edit all the documents and that is very comfortable and very efficient.

The communication in a team is really simple, we don’t really need to speak all the time, we know what we have to do in the correct time, but sometimes, we have to be telling in the group to some people who do the work because otherwise they don’t do.

The adaptation to work in a group it has been easier than last year, because this year we met last year, but still there are people who continue to work just as little, even less.

One advantage would be that if you don't know understand an exercise you can tell your doubts to a classmate and you can learn more about os his way of understanding and work in a team is better because work can be done faster and better than working alone.

Group work also has many disadvantages, for example, not all the people work the same and the people that works more than the other people that work less they will have the same grade and in the rubric this disadvantage doesn’t appear.

There are people who can not be part of a group. The reasons are often linked to immaturity.
There is no use trying to force a person to integrate. For the group to work, all members must accept the commitment voluntarily.

In conclusion, sometimes in this methodology we feel like we don't know how to do things, that we do not have a straight path.
